Membership of the society is open to all admitted practicing and retired solicitors within the County of Lincolnshire and North Lincolnshire. Completed application forms are put to the Council of the society for approval to be entered onto the register.

A small subscription fee is payable annually (September each year) to cover administration costs. (Approx £45.00p + VAT in Sept 2005)
